This means your secretary or assistant in the office can enter appointments and you can accept on the road. The device will automatically synchronise with the Exchange Server meaning you don't have to plug your device in back in the office.

You can also make appointments which will update the main calendar system. Depending on the device, attachments in emails are not a problem. Ask us for a device recommendation before you sign a contract.
